What We Offer
Structured creative programmes designed to support skill development, confidence and progression.
Creative programmes & Courses
Our creative programmes and courses provide structured opportunities for young people to develop skills in music production, audio engineering, podcasting and video editing.
Sessions are delivered in small groups (maximum of 6), allowing each young person to receive individual support while working on their own creative projects. This approach supports both skill development and confidence, as young people are encouraged to explore their ideas and take ownership of their work.
Programmes are designed across different levels, from those new to creative tools through to young people developing more advanced skills and producing high-quality work.

Workshops & Short Sessions
We offer workshops and short sessions for young people who want to explore creative areas without committing to a longer programme.
These sessions provide an accessible entry point, allowing young people to try music production, podcasting or video editing in a supportive and engaging environment.
Workshops are also suitable for schools, organisations and group bookings, and can be adapted to suit different ages, abilities and group needs.
1-1 Mentoring
1–1 mentoring provides a more personalised approach for young people who want to develop their skills further or work towards specific creative goals.
Sessions are tailored to the individual, whether that involves building technical skills, developing a project, or increasing confidence in a particular area.
This offer is particularly beneficial for young people who prefer a quieter environment or who would benefit from more focused support.

Arts Award
Young people have the opportunity to work towards Bronze and Silver Arts Award as part of their creative journey.
Arts Award provides a structured framework for developing skills, reflecting on progress and building a portfolio of work. It supports both creative and personal development, while recognising achievement in a meaningful and nationally recognised way.
This can be integrated into programmes, mentoring or longer-term engagement depending on the needs of the young person.
Targeted Provision
We work with young people who may not thrive in traditional educational settings, offering a smaller, more supportive environment where they can engage with creativity in a way that suits them.
This includes home-educated young people, those accessing alternative provision and those experiencing low-level mental health challenges or barriers to engagement.
Sessions are flexible, supportive and youth work informed, designed to build confidence and improve wellbeing, while maintaining a clear focus on creative development and positive outcomes.
